Every evening the mountain turns blue before our eyes. It is what il does best. This bottle is a bit like our ascent of this blue mountain. 30 years that we sharpen every year this two vintages. We look for a little altitude that will offer us the volume in the mouth.

Terroir and culture
The highest clay-limestone terraces with a southern exposure on very stony ground.

Vinification
Harvest at night, reception of the grapes in our semi-buried cellar, draining, fermentation in concrete vats at low temperature. Ageing in stainless steel vats for 3 months, stirring on lees for 6 weeks.

Tasting notes
A pretty bright straw yellow color. An intense nose of pineapple and brioche aromas. The palate is round and full, aromas of white fruits, some notes of toast and hazelnut, beautiful balance with a long persistence.

Recommended serving temperature
Between 8° and 10° C; Wine to be consumed from present and within two years

White meats, fish in sauce, apricot pies.

The balance of two terroirs: the ancient banks of the Orb river, clay-silty ground for their freshness and the clay-limestone terraces for the maturity.

Harvest at night, reception of the grapes in our semi-buried cellar, draining, fermentation in concrete tanks at low temperature. Ageing in stainless steel vats for 3 months, stirring on lees for 6 weeks.

Tasting notes
Powder pink color, very fruity grenadine nose, cotton candy; ample mouth and fruity on aromas of strawberry jam.

Between 10° and 12° C; Wine to be consumed in the year
