This white wine is aged in a very innovative stainless-steel barrel wich reinforces the amplitude of a wine without losing its precision of freshness and fruit. The red wine is vinified and aged in this barrel, delicately, without transfer and with a great control of the oxygen input. It does not deny its terroir and retains its freshness.
